What we offer
Principles behind our work
For the leaders who mean it
What you don't need
Billions in campaign funds.
Money that demands to be repaid — in contracts, in favours, in compromises that start small and never stay that way.
A family name passed down like property.
You don't need one. Your record is your surname. Your delivery is your dynasty.
Hundreds fed monthly so they chant your name and call it a vote bank.
Loyalty bought with food expires the day the food stops. It is not loyalty. It is arithmetic.
Criminals who guarantee your safety — and extract their price later.
Protection that comes with a cost is not protection. It is a different kind of corruption.
Teams that split communities — by religion, by caste, by fear — ward by ward.
Division is a short-term strategy. It destroys the very people you were elected to serve.
Influence operations that manufacture cases, plant narratives, buy media.
A manufactured reputation is fragile. The truth — when it arrives — arrives loudly.
Corruption.
What you need
Commitment.
To the people you want to serve.
To the problems that brought you here.
To winning — the right way.
To the discipline of doing this — right.
If you have that —
THE D.O.P.E has your back.

Founder, THE D.O.P.E
Why I built THE D.O.P.E
India has no shortage of sincere people who want to enter politics and serve their communities. What it has lacked is a professional system to support them.
I watched talented, well-intentioned people lose elections they should have won — not because they lacked integrity, but because they lacked systems. I watched them win elections and then struggle in office — not because they lacked will, but because they had no professional infrastructure behind them.
In every other profession — law, medicine, business — there are firms, tools and systems that support the professional. In Indian politics, there is nothing. The political entrepreneur walks into office alone, with no briefing, no staff, no technology and no operating rhythm.
THE D.O.P.E exists to close that gap. Not to do politics for them — but to be the professional system behind them, so they can focus entirely on what they came to do: deliver for their people.
Read our full story →Whether you are preparing to contest, in opposition, taking office or running your term — tell us where you are. We will design the right engagement.
Get in touchWhy we exist
Political entrepreneurs have one job — to deliver for their people. Everything else — the systems, the tools, the research, the strategy, the technology — that is our job. THE D.O.P.E is the professional backbone behind India's most sincere political leaders.
India has no shortage of political will. What it lacks is the system to translate that will into outcomes that citizens actually experience. We exist to close that gap — between what a political entrepreneur intends and what their constituents receive.
Most political consulting firms ask: "How do we help our client win?"
THE D.O.P.E asks: "How do we make the entire system work better for everyone in it?"
This is the difference between transactional consulting and transformational work. We are not here to make one politician look good. We are here to create conditions where good governance becomes the norm — rewarded, measured, replicated and scaled.
Policy designed fast, iteratively and close to the ground — not in committees over years. Test at ward level. Measure. Adjust. Scale what works. Abandon what doesn't. Policy that moves as fast as people's problems.
Every political entrepreneur operates in a complex political and social environment — officers, regulators, civil society, media, party, cabinet. The D.O.P.E Strategy is our proprietary framework: Diagnose the real issues, Organise the institutions that decide, map the Players who have a stake, and build the Evidence that changes minds and opens budgets. Grounded in Stanford's Non-Market Strategy tradition — adapted for constituency-level governance in India.
Government announces ₹1000 Cr for small business loans. Citizens still suffer. Why? Because schemes are designed from the supply side — not the citizen's reality. We design every solution around how people actually live, not how bureaucrats assume they do.
Citizens are not just voters — they are the experts on their own lives. We help political entrepreneurs engage constituents in structured dialogue before policy is made, not after. Better input leads to better outcomes and stronger ownership.
Government, citizens, private sector and civil society are interconnected. Fixing one without understanding the others creates new problems. We help political entrepreneurs see the whole system — and intervene at the points where change multiplies.
Mark Moore's framework from Harvard Kennedy School — the role of government is not just to deliver services but to create genuine public value. We help political entrepreneurs define, measure and communicate the public value they are creating for their constituency.
We help political entrepreneurs build something that outlasts their term. D.O.P.E Lens measures whether life actually improved.
We collaborate with World Bank, UNDP, civil society institutions, NGOs — and draw on the expertise of retired IAS and IPS officers who understand how government actually works from the inside. Governance is too complex for any one firm. We strengthen the ecosystem.
This is not theory. It is what happens when one part of the system starts working — and the effect ripples outward.
A road that was promised gets built. A scheme that existed on paper starts reaching the people it was designed for. A PHC that was closed reopens with a doctor present. Small things — but visible, real, felt.
When government delivers — even once, even partially — something shifts. A citizen who swore never to trust a politician files their taxes on time. Another joins a ward committee. A third tells their neighbour what scheme they are entitled to. Trust, once earned, compounds.
A constituency with a track record of delivery attracts investment. A business that once paid bribes to navigate approvals finds it can engage the system legitimately — and does. Regulatory risk falls. The cost of doing business falls with it.
When a political entrepreneur tracks outcomes publicly — and citizens can see the data — the officer who blocked a project for two years is no longer anonymous. Accountability has a name. Delivery has a date. The system responds to measurement.
An NGO that was working in isolation finds a political entrepreneur who shares its goals. A philanthropist who wanted to contribute but didn't know where finds a constituency with a verified need and a credible leader. Resources stop being wasted. Impact multiplies.
A constituency where life is measurably better than it was five years ago. Not because of one politician's charisma. Because of a system that worked — and kept working.
This is what THE D.O.P.E is building — one constituency at a time.
Whether as a client, a collaborator or a team member — we want to hear from you.

Ram D
Founder, THE D.O.P.E
THE D.O.P.E — Digital Operations for Political Entrepreneurs is India's first full-service firm built exclusively for political entrepreneurs. We are the professional system behind sincere leaders — so they can focus on delivering for their people while we handle the tools, systems, research and strategy that make delivery possible.
India has no shortage of political will. What it has lacked — until now — is a firm dedicated entirely to translating that will into outcomes citizens actually experience. That gap — between what a political entrepreneur intends and what their constituents receive — is where THE D.O.P.E works.
We are cross-party and issue-based. We don't work for parties — we work for constituents. We partner with political entrepreneurs regardless of affiliation, because governance outcomes don't belong to any party.
Founded and led by Ram D, THE D.O.P.E draws on deep expertise in public sector consulting, political advisory, and civic technology — and draws on the expertise of former civil servants including retired IAS and IPS officers who bring deep institutional knowledge of how government actually works.
We start in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh — and scale nationally as political entrepreneurs across India adopt THE D.O.P.E model of governance.
Who we collaborate with
Our proprietary framework for political entrepreneurs — grounded in Stanford's Non-Market Strategy tradition, adapted for constituency-level governance in India.
Every political entrepreneur operates in two environments simultaneously. The first is the visible one — constituency work, assembly sessions, public delivery. The second is less visible but equally important — officers who enable or block, media that shapes perception, civil society that fills gaps, private sector that creates jobs, cabinet that allocates budgets, party that sets direction. Most politicians navigate this second environment reactively. THE D.O.P.E provides a disciplined alternative. Every engagement starts with four questions:
What are the real issues?
What problems matter most to the most people in your constituency? Which issues are urgent versus important? Which require cabinet intervention and which can you address with your own mandate, staff and funds? Issue mapping — ward by ward, community by community — before any strategy is formed.
Which institutions decide?
For every issue — which body makes the decision? District collector, state government department, central ministry, gram panchayat, courts, planning commission, regulatory body. Who controls the budget? Who must sign off on the sanction? How do you engage each institution constructively and through legitimate channels?
Who has a stake?
For every issue — who are the allies, the opponents and the swing actors? Citizens who suffer from it. Officers who must execute the solution. NGOs already working on it. Businesses affected by it. Media covering it. Opposition exploiting it. Party watching it. Each player has different interests, different incentives and different leverage points.
What evidence creates action?
What data changes an officer's position? What proof moves a minister? What numbers open a budget allocation? What story convinces a citizen? Each decision maker needs different evidence in a different format. THE D.O.P.E builds the evidence base — from constituency data, global indices, citizen feedback and verified delivery records.
The D.O.P.E Strategy is grounded in David Baron's Non-Market Strategy framework from Stanford Graduate School of Business — the gold standard for how organisations engage the political, regulatory and social environment around them.
Baron's Four I's — Issues, Interests, Institutions, Information — have been adapted by THE D.O.P.E specifically for political entrepreneurs operating at constituency level in India. Same intellectual rigour. Different context. Our own framework.
We don't work for parties. We work for constituents. Our loyalty is to outcomes — not affiliations.
We bring startup thinking to policy — fast iteration, real data, measurable outcomes. Not years of committee reports.
Everything we help build is publicly trackable. Credit goes where it is earned — not where it is claimed.
Every service, every product, every idea starts with one question — does this genuinely improve life for constituents?
We collaborate with World Bank, UNDP, civil society organisations, international development institutions, NGOs — and retired IAS and IPS officers who bring decades of institutional knowledge. Governance is too complex for any one firm.
We help political entrepreneurs build something that outlasts their term — a constituency transformed, not just managed.

Our Services
You deliver for your people. These services make that delivery possible. We are the professional system behind you — from the day you take office through your entire term.
We help you understand what people need, hold government accountable with evidence, prove you are more deserving, communicate your vision — and earn the mandate to deliver it.
We help you understand what you have inherited, set priorities for this term, negotiate the budget reality, engage your officers constructively — and walk in ready to lead from day one.
A five-year discipline. We provide the operating rhythm, professional staff and governance systems to keep you focused, on track and delivering — every 180 days, for the full term.
We help you close the gap between what you intend and what citizens actually experience — through consultation, satisfaction measurement, smart city solutions and navigating the budget and bureaucracy constructively.
Constituency progress tracked against global and national indices — UN SDGs, HDI, Social Progress Index, NITI Aayog SDG India Index, NFHS, ASER and economic indicators. Not spending. Outcomes.
Being in opposition is not waiting for your turn. Opposition is where your character is built, your record is established, and your next mandate is earned — or lost forever. THE D.O.P.E helps opposition leaders and candidates preparing to enter politics across six dimensions:
Professional staff — even in opposition. THE D.O.P.E provides Research, Constituent Relations and Communications aides to opposition leaders and candidates. You don't need to win to start governing well. See Legislative Staffing →
Being in opposition is not waiting for your turn. It is the most important period of your political career — where your credibility is built, your record is established, and your next mandate is earned. THE D.O.P.E works with opposition leaders and candidates preparing to enter power with a structured, seven-dimension approach.
Before strategy, before research, before vision — we need to know who you are. THE D.O.P.E works with you to build your political profile from the ground up:
The output is not a campaign poster. It is a governance accountability document — something you are proud to be measured against 5 years later. It becomes the foundation for every dimension that follows.
Not every fight is worth having. We help opposition leaders identify the issues that matter most to their constituency, pick the right battles, and build a clear political identity that is distinct, credible and consistent. Your positions should be defined by your constituents' needs — not by whatever the government does wrong this week.
Hold government to account with facts, not noise. We build systematic accountability — RTI strategy, assembly question planning, D.O.P.E Track monitoring of government projects, budget scrutiny. Opposition that speaks with data is opposition that cannot be dismissed. The goal is not to be louder — it is to be right.
The most powerful political statement is delivering for your constituents while not in power. Use whatever resources and funds are available to you — constituency development funds where applicable, or your own investment. Implement GovHack ideas. Connect constituents to NGOs via D.O.P.E Link. Run Citizen Academy workshops. Help people access schemes directly through D.O.P.E IQ — without needing government cooperation. Prove you deliver regardless of who is in power.
Citizens do not vote for critics — they vote for leaders with a plan. We help opposition leaders build a credible constituency development plan, articulate shadow policy positions, participate meaningfully in assembly committees, and introduce private member bills. Not just what the government did wrong — but what you would do right.
Elections are won between elections. We help opposition leaders map stakeholders, build relationships with civil society, trade associations, RWAs and community leaders, identify cross-party common ground on local issues, and build the alliances that convert a strong record into a winning mandate. Not last-minute campaigning — sustained, genuine engagement.
Opposition loses when government controls the story. We help opposition leaders build media relationships, communicate consistently between elections, document every delivery and initiative, respond to government claims with data, and maintain a constituency newsletter and social media presence that keeps them visible and credible every month — not just at election time.
This service is designed for two types of political entrepreneur: the leader who is currently in opposition and wants to serve their constituency effectively while building the record to win next time — and the candidate who has not yet won but is serious about entering politics the right way. In both cases the approach is the same: build credibility through delivery, accountability through evidence, and trust through consistency.
Every five years, a new leader walks into office carrying a mandate — but also inheriting a situation. Every term is different. A different budget reality. Different projects at different stages of completion. Different officers in key positions. Different promises made to different communities. Different problems that have grown or shifted since the last election.
The first weeks are the most critical — and the most wasted in Indian politics. Most leaders spend them on celebrations and courtesy visits while the window to shape the agenda is open. THE D.O.P.E works with the incoming leader to make those first weeks count.
Not just the first 180 days — every 180 days for the entire term. A rolling governance rhythm that keeps political entrepreneurs accountable, focused and effective throughout their 5-year term.
Needs, assets, risks and current indicators.
3 to 5 outcomes that define this cycle.
Execute with staff, systems and stakeholders.
Evidence, citizen feedback and source data.
Make commitments and progress visible.
What was promised. What was delivered. What is blocked. Issue patterns from D.O.P.E Pulse. Priority setting for next cycle.
Small but visible — a scheme camp, a pending approval cleared, a GovHack idea implemented. Quick wins that build trust.
D.O.P.E products running. Constituent issues tracked. NGO links active. Scheme awareness current.
Publish what was done — transparently. Citizens see delivery. Trust built through evidence, not claims.
Then it resets. Every 180 days — for all 10 cycles of the full 5-year term. The political entrepreneur never loses sight of priorities. Constituents never lose sight of progress. Issue patterns reviewed every cycle — individual complaints become governance data, not personal burdens.
One of our core values — but not our only one. We bring startup thinking to policy formulation. Fast, iterative, data-driven — not years of committee work.
Define the real problem with data — not assumptions. Ward-level issue mapping before any policy is designed.
Minimum viable policy — what is the smallest intervention that solves this problem? Test at ward level first.
Measure citizen response. What worked — scale it. What didn't — fix it. Policy that adapts as fast as people's problems.
Most Indian political entrepreneurs — whether MPs, MLAs, councillors or those preparing to contest — have no professional support to do their job well. THE D.O.P.E provides shared, trained aides — so political entrepreneurs can focus on governing, not firefighting.
Available in Opposition too. You don't need to be in power to need professional staff. Opposition leaders working with THE D.O.P.E get access to Research, Constituent Relations and Communications aides — so they can build their record, serve constituents and communicate their work effectively, without waiting to win office first.
Analyses every bill before assembly. Briefs politician in plain language. Drafts sharp, evidence-based questions. Researches constituency data — demographics, economic indicators, scheme coverage.
Manages the 180-day cycle. Tracks all commitments. Follows up on pending approvals. Maintains stakeholder database. Tracks constituency development fund utilisation.
Translates delivery into public communication. Manages press, social media, monthly constituency newsletter. Documents everything for legacy record.
The human layer between the politician and thousands of daily constituent requests — burglaries, family disputes, land conflicts, harassment, emergencies. Logs every issue via WhatsApp, phone, walk-in or app. Routes each to the right channel — police for law & order, Lok Adalat for disputes, NGOs for family issues, revenue officer for land matters, PHC for health emergencies. Follows up relentlessly. Keeps constituent informed at every step. Does not fix — refers correctly and ensures it gets done.
Sets up and manages a constituency mediation panel — respected community elders, retired officers, civil society leaders — who handle local disputes before they escalate to police or courts. Family conflicts, neighbour disputes, community tensions, local business disagreements. The political entrepreneur does not take sides — they provide the structure for resolution. Mediation records maintained via D.O.P.E Pulse. Patterns reported monthly.
Smart city thinking is not just for the 100 Smart Cities Mission. Every constituency can benefit. THE D.O.P.E helps political entrepreneurs push for and implement smart city solutions in their wards, towns and districts.
What to push for, what to demand from departments, how to make the case for smart city investment in your constituency.
Connect political entrepreneurs to verified smart city technology providers — IoT, waste management, traffic, energy, water.
From approval navigation to project tracking — THE D.O.P.E supports end-to-end smart city project delivery.
We help political entrepreneurs create conditions where citizens can genuinely improve their economic standing — through policy, programmes, and connections at constituency level.
Where are the jobs? Where is poverty concentrated? What industries exist? What skills are available? Data-first understanding before strategy.
What policies will actually move the economic needle in this specific constituency — not generic advice, but contextual strategy.
Skill development, MSME support, incubation centre advocacy, Mudra loan access — tailored programmes for the constituency's economic profile.
The D.O.P.E Strategy — our intellectual foundation
The D.O.P.E Strategy is not a standalone service — it is the intellectual framework that underpins every engagement. Diagnose the real issues. Organise which institutions decide. Map the Players who have a stake. Build the Evidence that creates action. Every service below applies this framework. Read the full framework on our About page →
We curate and help implement proven governance innovations from around the world — helping political entrepreneurs adopt what works elsewhere, fast. Connected to our GovHack Library.
A private dashboard for the political entrepreneur — mapping every key officer, civil society leader, RWA, trade association, media contact, NGO and business community member in their jurisdiction. Who enables. Who blocks. How to navigate both.
Help political entrepreneurs communicate their actual work — press releases, social media content from delivery data, monthly constituency newsletter. Not spin. Real work, communicated clearly.
Every constituency's progress tracked against the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals and the Human Development Index — adapted to constituency level. We establish a baseline at the start of the term and measure progress every 180 days. Not how much was spent. Whether life actually improved — in health, education, income and access.
Used by World Bank, UNDP and Gates Foundation. Gives international credibility and opens access to global partnerships and funding opportunities.
India's own tracking frameworks — recognised by the Planning Commission and Finance Ministry. Constituency data benchmarked against district and state averages.
Real ground-level economic activity. Whether growth is actually reaching the constituency — not just the aggregate GDP number.
In politically divided constituencies, broad satisfaction surveys are useless — they reflect party affiliation, not reality. THE D.O.P.E uses D.O.P.E Sabha to ask specific, verifiable questions about specific services. Did the PHC doctor come on Tuesday? Was the ration card issued within 30 days? Was the anganwadi open last week?
Every response is categorised by ward, service type and date — timestamped and recorded as proof. Not opinion polls. Precise instruments that tell a political entrepreneur exactly what is working and what is not — ward by ward, service by service, month by month.
Every elected representative gets access to constituency development funds — MPLAD for MPs, MLALAD for MLAs, ward development funds for councillors, or equivalent allocations at each level. THE D.O.P.E helps political entrepreneurs at every level publish a full public ledger — what was promised, what was spent, on what, where. Voluntary transparency that builds massive constituent trust.
Tell us where you are in your journey. We will design the right engagement.
Start a conversationThe D.O.P.E Suite
Nine integrated products built for political entrepreneurs — from tracking delivery and navigating schemes, to managing constituent issues and publishing transparent accountability reports. THE D.O.P.E platform is the operating system of a modern political entrepreneur.
Every project, every rupee, every claim — attributed to the person who actually delivered it. Not who inaugurated it. D.O.P.E Track creates a permanent, publicly verifiable record of what your constituency received, what was done, and who is responsible. Projects cannot be stolen. Credit cannot be faked. Delivery is visible to every citizen.
India has over 800 central and state government schemes. Most citizens are eligible for several they have never accessed — because nobody explained them, or they couldn't navigate the bureaucracy. D.O.P.E IQ is a constituency-level scheme mapping tool. Enter a citizen's household details — income, caste, gender, age, occupation, land ownership — and it returns every scheme they are eligible for, with the application process, documents needed, deadlines and contact points.
Did the PHC doctor come on Tuesday? Was the ration card issued on time? Indian constituencies are politically divided — broad satisfaction questions tell you nothing. Specific, verifiable questions about specific services give you policy intelligence.
Every response categorised by ward, service type and date. Timestamped. Cannot be altered. Aggregated into patterns. Published transparently. No room for rumour when facts are on record.
SDG 1 & 10 — No Poverty & Reduced Inequalities
% below poverty line. Income inequality gap. Access to social protection schemes. Economic mobility index per ward. Tracked every quarter.

SDG 8 & 10 — Decent Work & Reduced Inequalities
India is becoming one of the world's largest economies. The question is not whether India grows — it is whether that growth reaches every citizen. Household income distribution. Market access for local producers. Financial inclusion. Business registration in underserved areas. Is growth equitable?
SDG 4 — Quality Education
School enrollment and dropout rates. Learning outcome scores. Teacher attendance. Mid-day meal reach. Girls' education indicators. Infrastructure quality per school.
SDG 3 & 5 — Good Health & Gender Equality
Maternal mortality. Child nutrition (NFHS). Immunisation coverage. PHC doctor attendance. Girls in secondary school. Women-led self-help groups. Gender-disaggregated scheme access.

Every constituency office receives hundreds of issues daily — governance complaints, law & order concerns, family disputes, land conflicts, scheme grievances. D.O.P.E Pulse logs, categorises, routes and tracks every one. Not to make the political entrepreneur a fixer — but to ensure every issue goes to the right channel, gets followed up and becomes data.
WhatsApp, app, walk-in, phone. Every issue gets a reference number. Constituent receives acknowledgement immediately. No issue falls through the gap.
Burglary → routed to police with follow-up. Family dispute → routed to Lok Adalat or NGO. Land conflict → routed to revenue officer. Scheme grievance → routed to department. Each category has a defined channel.
50 burglaries in Ward 7 over 3 months is not 50 individual complaints — it is a law & order failure. D.O.P.E Pulse surfaces patterns automatically. The political entrepreneur takes pattern data — not individual cases — to the SP or collector.
Community mediation cases logged separately — parties, nature of dispute, mediator, outcome, date. Resolved disputes become proof of community leadership.
Every governance issue is publicly tracked — who raised it, who followed up, who resolved it, how long it took. Full accountability chain visible to citizens.
Citizen rates if issue was truly solved — not just closed. Politician sees satisfaction data per issue type, per ward, per month.
Every constituency has NGOs, self-help groups, CSR funds and philanthropic organisations that can supplement government delivery. D.O.P.E Link maps them all — what they do, where they work, what they fund, and how to engage them. A political entrepreneur doesn't need to carry the entire burden of constituency development alone.
Tracks what actually changed in citizens' lives — not against other constituencies, but against your own baseline at the start of your term. Covers all 17 SDGs, the Human Development Index and the Social Progress Index — adapted to constituency level. Published every 180 days. Available to citizens, media and development organisations.
Your constituency against itself — not others. Progress over time is the only honest measure.
Transparent calendar management for political entrepreneurs. Who they meet, when, for what purpose — publicly visible. No secret meetings. No unexplained gaps. A schedule that builds trust through transparency.
Digital town halls, constituency surveys, scheme deadline alerts, ward-level feedback collection and grievance publishing. D.O.P.E Aware keeps constituents informed, consulted and engaged — between elections, not just during them.
Full public ledger of constituency development funds — MPLAD, MLALAD, ward development funds or equivalent. What was promised, what was spent, on what, where. Citizens can see every rupee. Compare what was announced versus what was delivered.
Quarterly constituent surveys — not opinion polls but outcome measurement. Rate roads, water, electricity, healthcare, education and public safety — ward by ward, service by service, quarter by quarter. Specific, verifiable, categorised, recorded. Evidence of delivery that no opponent can dispute.

Estonia's e-governance model — digital identity, online voting, transparent public ledgers, real-time service delivery tracking — is the gold standard for what THE D.O.P.E technology suite aspires to at constituency level. 99% of government services available online. Citizens can see who has accessed their data. Every government decision is logged and auditable.
THE D.O.P.E connection: D.O.P.E Budget's public ledger is modelled on Estonia's transparent government spending platform. D.O.P.E Track's attribution system draws from Estonia's project tracking methodology.
Global Reference · WEF
Social mobility — the ability of a citizen to experience a better life than their parents — is the ultimate measure of whether governance is working. The WEF Global Social Mobility Index shows that countries with stronger, more accountable governance institutions consistently deliver higher mobility. THE D.O.P.E tracks constituency-level economic mobility as a core impact metric.
Read WEF Report →Global Reference · McKinsey
McKinsey's research on citizen-centric government service delivery shows that asking broad satisfaction questions yields politically biased, unreliable data. Asking specific, verifiable questions about specific services — did the doctor come, was the permit issued on time — gives far more reliable policy insight and is harder to politicise. D.O.P.E Sabha is built entirely on this methodology.
Read McKinsey Report →Moore's framework argues that government exists to create genuine public value — not just complete processes. A road built is not public value. A road that reduces travel time, improves market access and reduces accidents is. Every D.O.P.E engagement asks Moore's question: did this create real value for real people?
Dryzek's deliberative democracy framework argues that citizens must be involved in decisions that affect them — before those decisions are made, not after. THE D.O.P.E Constituent Consultation service is built on this principle. Citizens who are consulted before decisions become partners in delivery, not critics of failure.
Baron's Non-Market Strategy framework — Issues, Interests, Institutions, Information — is the intellectual foundation of THE D.O.P.E Strategy. Adapted from corporate strategy to political entrepreneurship: Diagnose, Organise, Players, Evidence. Same rigour. Different context. Our own framework.
We are building our first cohort of political entrepreneurs in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. If you are serious about governing differently — let's talk.
